To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
